This is the card list for the GUNDAM CARD GAME. The publisher runs its own card database, and every card it holds is indexed here — 1,148 cards across 25 products — with the card number, name, rarity, level, cost, colour, type, AP, HP, zone, trait and link that the publisher prints on each one.
A card list is only useful if you can match a card in your hand to an entry on the site, so the card number is what every card is filed under here, and the entry carries the card’s own printed fields. Where the publisher has not published a field for a card, the field is left out rather than filled in with a guess. For the shape of the game rather than the cards — the five colours, the products and how a game is won — start at the Gundam card index.
The products are listed in the order they are indexed here, one page to a product, and each card appears once. Nothing on this page is a price, and nothing on it is a claim about the second-hand market for any card.
Quick answer
CardSpicy indexes the GUNDAM CARD GAME in full: 1,148 cards across 25 products, taken from the publisher’s own card database. Every card carries twelve printed fields — card number, name, rarity, level, cost, colour, type, AP, HP, zone, trait and link — and the 1,148 cards divide into nine card types and six rarity labels. This page is the entry point to that list; the cards themselves are filed one product to a page.
How to read this list
Every card in the game carries the same twelve printed fields, and the same twelve are recorded here. The card number is the publisher’s own number and never changes; the name is the name as the publisher prints it, which is why one mobile suit can appear under more than one name.
Across the 1,148 cards there are 595 distinct card names, and level and cost each run from 1 to 10. A name printed on more than one card is a set of printings rather than a set of different cards — the mobile suit is the same, what changes is the number, the level or the effect. The publisher also issues 864 parallel prints against the 1,148 base cards, and those cover 552 of the base cards; a parallel print is its own numbered card, not a footnote to another.
Where a card is printed in more than one colour the colours are listed in full rather than reduced to one. Cards in the resource and token groups carry no colour at all, which is by design rather than by omission.

The nine card types
Nine card types carry all 1,148 cards. UNIT is the largest by a wide margin, and the three groups that make up the support half of a deck — commands, bases and resources — account for 421 cards between them.
| Card type | Cards |
|---|---|
| UNIT | 600 |
| COMMAND | 157 |
| PILOT | 127 |
| RESOURCE | 107 |
| BASE | 72 |
| EX BASE | 28 |
| EX RESOURCE | 28 |
| UNIT TOKEN | 27 |
| UNIT・TOKEN | 2 |
Of the 1,148 cards, 727 are units or pilots and 421 are commands, bases, resources and tokens. The two unit types are not the same thing: UNIT is a card you put in a deck, while the two token types are produced during play.
The six rarity labels
Six rarity labels are printed across the game. Three of them form the ordinary ladder a booster pack is built around, and together they make up 933 cards, or 81% of the game.
| Rarity | Cards |
|---|---|
| C | 552 |
| U | 204 |
| R | 177 |
| LR | 96 |
| P | 111 |
| C+ | 8 |
The five colours
The game is built on five colours, and 956 of the 1,148 cards carry one. The remaining 192 carry no colour, which is normal for resources and tokens: they sit outside the colour system by design.
| Colour | Cards |
|---|---|
| Green | 210 |
| Blue | 208 |
| White | 202 |
| Red | 184 |
| Purple | 152 |
| No colour | 192 |
The products, each on its own page
Every card the publisher has released, split by product. Twenty-three of the 25 products hold base cards and have a checklist page of their own, and the two that hold none — the LIMITED BOX and the basic cards — are listed here so the product count reconciles. The full product list with codes and dates is on the Gundam card game product index.
Booster packs — 6 products, 805 cards
| Product | Code | Cards | Colours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Newtype Rising | GD01 | 139 | Blue / Green / Red / White |
| Dual Impact | GD02 | 141 | Blue / Green / Purple / Red / White |
| Steel Requiem | GD03 | 150 | Blue / Green / Purple / Red / White |
| Phantom Aria | GD04 | 144 | Blue / Green / Purple / Red / White |
| Freedom Ascension | GD05 | 140 | Blue / Green / Purple / Red / White |
| Eternal Nexus | EB01 | 91 | Blue / Green / White |
The six booster packs hold 805 of the game’s 1,148 cards. Five carry GD codes and the sixth carries EB, and the EB pack is the smallest of the six at 91 cards.
Starter decks — 14 products, 232 cards
| Product | Code | Cards | Colours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Heroic Beginnings | ST01 | 19 | Blue / White |
| Wings of Advance | ST02 | 18 | Blue / Green |
| Zeon’s Rush | ST03 | 18 | Green / Red |
| SEED Strike | ST04 | 19 | Red / White |
| Iron Bloom | ST05 | 15 | Purple / White |
| Clan Unity | ST06 | 15 | Green / Red |
| Celestial Drive | ST07 | 15 | Green / Purple |
| Flash of Radiance | ST08 | 15 | Blue / Red |
| Destiny Ignition | ST09 | 13 | Purple / Red / White |
| Generation Pulse | ST10 | 19 | Blue / White |
| Aquatic Assault | ST11 | 17 | Blue / Purple |
| Raging Onslaught | ST12 | 16 | Purple / Red |
| Silent Barrage | ST13 | 17 | Green / Red |
| Heavy Dominion | ST14 | 16 | Green / White |
The 14 starter decks hold 232 cards between them, and a starter deck is a complete, playable deck rather than a set to collect: it arrives ready to play, so its cards overlap with the booster packs rather than sitting outside them.
Special products — 1 product, 3 cards
| Product | Code | Cards | Colours |

Promotional and other cards — 4 groups, 108 cards
111 of the 1,148 cards, about 10% of the game, come from promotional and event products rather than from a booster pack or a starter deck. The largest single source is the promotion card group at 68 cards, followed by the other product group at 40.

Frequently asked questions
How many GUNDAM CARD GAME cards are there?
1,148 across 25 products. Six booster packs hold 805 of them, fourteen starter decks hold 232, one special product holds 3, and the promotional and other groups make up the remaining 108. The count moves whenever the publisher adds a product, so the figure above is the number the publisher’s database held when this page was last built.
What fields are printed on a Gundam card?
The card number, name, rarity, level, cost, colour, type, AP, HP, zone, trait and link — twelve fields, and the same twelve on every card. Where a card has no value for a field, the field is left out of the entry rather than filled in with a guess.
How many card types does the game have?
Nine. UNIT is the largest at 600 cards, then COMMAND at 157, PILOT at 127, RESOURCE at 107, BASE at 72, EX BASE and EX RESOURCE at 28 each, and the two token types at 27 and 2. The nine sum to the full 1,148.
How do the rarity labels break down?
Six labels. C covers 552 cards, U covers 204, R covers 177, P covers 111, LR covers 96 and C+ covers 8. C, U and R are the ordinary ladder and make up 933 cards, or 81% of the game, between them.
Does this page print prices?
No. CardSpicy publishes no price for GUNDAM CARD GAME cards, because there is no sales source it can stand behind for this game. There is no second-hand market for every one of these cards, and where there is one it moves, so a price printed here would be wrong by the time you read it. Everything on this page comes from the publisher’s own card database and nothing is estimated.
