CardSpicy builds card protection products and runs this collector’s index. We cover Pokémon, One Piece, Gundam, Dragon Ball, Naruto, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Digimon and Riftbound, plus our newer sections on Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, Star Wars: Unlimited, Flesh and Blood and UNION ARENA — every card game we index in full, with the sleeves and rigid holders that fit them. We sell PSA 10 only, because that is the grade the market actually trades.
Tips · card index
Quick answer
CardSpicy’s Dragon Ball hub indexes 9,828 cards across 101 sets — every character, both Dragon Ball card games, and the Simplified Chinese edition.
72 Dragon Ball characters
Dragon Ball is the second card game we index in full. Below is every character the Dragon Ball card games have printed, with how many cards exist for each one, how many of those carry a PSA 10 value, and the page we wrote for it.
We started with Pokémon, and Dragon Ball is the first game we added beside it. The catalogue behind this page tracks 9,828 cards across 101 sets — the 2017-onwards Dragon Ball Super Card Game from Bandai and the newer Fusion World line that followed it — of which 2,047 cards currently carry a PSA 10 value. Prices come from our own pull of PriceCharting, retrieved 2026-10-04.
Dragon Ball is not split the way Pokémon is. There is no Simplified Chinese branch and no Chinese-only print run to sort by, so the numbers here work differently: a character’s pool is counted across every Dragon Ball set we track, and its graded cards are ranked the same way. The grid below is ordered by how much of each character is actually priced, so the characters with a live market come first. Sorted this way, Son Goku leads with 423 priced cards, and the top ten includes the forms and fusions the game is built around.
What the grid shows
Every tile carries the character’s name, the number of Dragon Ball cards printed for it, and one line on what the numbers say. The colour of the dot marks the shape of its page:
- Top 10 35 characters — ten priced printings or more
- Top 5 8 characters — five to nine priced printings
- Card guide 23 characters — one to four priced printings
- Checklist 6 characters — no graded sale on record yet
Counted from every Dragon Ball console tracked on PriceCharting, retrieved 2026-10-04. A character’s pool is the total number of Dragon Ball cards printed for it across the sets we track, and a card is counted as priced only when PriceCharting carries a PSA 10 value for it. Fusion cards are counted with both characters they name. A card with no graded sale on record cannot be ranked, which is why the Checklist group exists at all.

Frequently asked questions
Are Dragon Ball Masters and Fusion World the same game?
No. They are two games from one publisher, and no card from either is legal in the other. Masters launched in July 2017; Fusion World launched in February 2024. This index covers both, and every tile below counts one character’s pool across both games at once.
How many Dragon Ball cards are there?
The catalogue behind this page tracks 9,828 card printings across 101 sets — every Dragon Ball Super Card Game and Fusion World product we hold. Of those, 2,047 currently carry a PSA 10 value.
Is this a Dragon Ball card price guide?
No, it is an index. It shows how many cards each character has and how many of them carry a tracked PSA 10 value. The priced cards themselves are listed on each character’s page, and the highest values are collected in the most expensive Dragon Ball cards.
Which Dragon Ball set should a new collector start with?
The pool is split across two games and more than a hundred sets, so the first decision is which game, not which set. Masters has the longer history; Fusion World is the easier on-ramp. The set list maps both release calendars.
How are the character pages ranked?
By how much of each character actually carries a price, not by how much of it was printed. Son Goku leads with 423 priced cards, and the grid is ordered the same way — deepest priced pool first.
Does this page list CardSpicy’s own prices?
No. The values quoted on this site are third-party secondary-market observations, always with the date they were retrieved. Our own asking prices for the cards we hold are on each product page.
