HuntCards

Send a photo of the card, and an email address. We will read the rest from the picture and come back with a straight answer.

Front, back, or a slab you have seen elsewhere — one photo answers the set, the printing and the condition at once. Send a few and we will work through all of them. Photos are optional; the request goes through without them.
Anything else (optional)

We deal in PSA 10 only. Asking is free, there is no obligation, and if we cannot help we will tell you so plainly rather than quietly substituting a different grade.

What you get, before you pay anything

  • Free to ask. No fee, no obligation, and no follow-up if the answer is no.
  • A straight price. One number — not a range, not a starting bid — and it holds while you decide.
  • 15 business days, or your money back. If we cannot find the card within 15 business days of order confirmation, we refund you in full, automatically. You never have to chase us.
  • Cancel any time before dispatch. Full refund, for any reason, and you do not have to explain yourself.
  • PSA 10 only. We never quietly substitute a different grade.
  • A reply within 1 business day. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hong Kong time.
What to send us

A photo does the work on its own. Anything else you can add makes the answer faster and sharper, but none of it is required:

  • The card, in a picture — front, back, or a slab you have seen elsewhere. Several photos are welcome: send as many as you like, up to 20.
  • Card name and character — for example, “Charizard, Base Set”, if you would rather type it than photograph it.
  • Language version — Chinese, Chinese Exclusive, Japanese or English. This moves the price more than any other single line.
  • Grade — we deal in PSA 10 only. If you want a different grade, tell us and we will say so plainly rather than quietly substituting one.
  • Anything else that matters — a particular artwork, a first edition, a slab you have seen elsewhere.
What happens next
  1. We reply within 1 business day. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. If your request arrives on a Friday evening, the answer comes on Monday.
  2. We tell you one of three things: we can source it and here is the price; it exists but no one is currently selling one; or it does not exist in a PSA 10 at all. The third answer is a real answer, and we will give it to you rather than a substitute grade.
  3. We quote a straight price. Not a range, not a starting bid, not a “make an offer”. One number, and whether it is a card we hold or one we would have to source.
  4. You decide. If it is a card we must source, you can order it through Pre-Order a Card and we dispatch within 15 business days of order confirmation — usually 5–10 business days. If you say no, nothing happens. We do not follow up twice.
What we can usually find, and what we usually cannot

Most of our catalogue is built from requests, and a request is not limited to the series we carry. Any trading card game — Pokemon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Digimon, Dragon Ball, sports cards and others — and any language version, in any era. The shop is what we hold today; it is not the limit of what we can find.

Being specific here saves everyone a week.

Situation Realistic answer
A modern card, widely graded, in Chinese or Japanese Usually findable. This is where most of our stock comes from.
A Chinese Exclusive, any era Findable, but the pool is small and priced accordingly. Expect a longer search and a higher number.
A popular English-language card Findable, but you are competing with the largest buyer pool in the hobby. Prices reflect that.
A vintage card in a PSA 10 Often not findable. On many vintage cards a 10 is a population of a handful, and owners are not selling.
A specific artwork, first edition, or sealed product Sometimes. Tell us exactly what you mean and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
A card in a grade other than PSA 10 We will point you elsewhere rather than sell you something we do not stand behind.
How we price a request

There is no bidding and no auction on this site. When we quote a request, it is a price you can take or leave, and it does not move while you decide.

Two things are worth knowing about how that number is reached. Graded cards are individually priced rather than priced by category, so two requests for the same character can come back with very different numbers — condition, population and language version all move it. And a price is only good for the card we actually found: if the only copy on the market is a stronger or weaker example than you described, the number changes with the card, and we will say why.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to ask?

No. Asking is free and there is no obligation. If we cannot help, we will say so and you will have lost nothing but the email.

How long does a sourced card take?

We dispatch within 15 business days of order confirmation, and most sourced orders go out in 5–10 business days. The 15-business-day figure is our maximum commitment, not our usual timeline — the full terms are in Pre-Order & Sourcing Terms.

Can I cancel a request after I order?

Yes. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch, for any reason, and you do not need to give a reason. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 1 business day.

What if you never find the card?

You get a full refund automatically. You do not need to request it and you do not need to chase us.

Can I send photos with my request?

Yes, and a photo is the fastest thing you can send. The form takes up to 20 images, in JPG, PNG or WebP up to 8 MB each. Front, back, a slab you have seen elsewhere, or a card whose name you are not sure of — send whatever you have and we will work through all of it. If you would rather not upload anything, the request works without them, as long as you type the card name.

Can you get a card graded for me?

No. We buy cards that are already graded and already verifiable. We do not submit raw cards on anyone’s behalf, because we cannot promise what grade would come back.

Do you buy cards as well as sell them?

Sometimes, for the right PSA 10. Email us with the certification number and we will tell you whether we are buying that card at the moment.

Do you only source cards that are already on your site?

No. The shop is what we happen to hold today; it is not the limit of what we can find. We take requests for any trading card game — Pokemon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Digimon, Dragon Ball and others — and for any language version. If the card exists in a PSA 10, the request is worth sending.

Prefer email? Write to support@cardspicy.com, or start a request email with the fields filled in — attach the photo there instead. Either route is the same process and gets the same reply time.
