Pre-Order a Card We Don’t Have in Stock
If the card you want is not in our in-stock collection, you can pre-order it and we will source that exact card for you. Place your order, and we start looking immediately.
How It Works
- Place your order. You pay the listed price at checkout.
- We source your card. We email you progress updates on day 1, day 7 and day 14 after your order.
- We dispatch within 30 days of order confirmation. Most pre-orders ship much sooner — typically in 7-14 days. The 30-day window is our maximum commitment, not our usual timeline.
- If we cannot source it, you get a full refund automatically. You do not need to request it.
Your Rights on a Pre-Order
- You may cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch — for any reason, and you do not need to give a reason.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1 business day.
- If we cannot dispatch within 30 days, we will contact you before that deadline to refund you in full or, only with your explicit consent, extend the deadline.
- In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days — the 30-day window does not apply to them.
One Order, Sometimes Two Parcels
We do not always put everything in one box. Items priced $50 or more ship separately, and first — in their own parcel, as soon as they are ready. Items priced under $50 ship together with your in-stock items, so that parcel leaves once your pre-ordered card arrives.
Splitting a shipment never adds an extra charge. If you need the in-stock items sooner, place a separate order for them.
