Why We Only Sell PSA 10

One grade, one company, one standard. Here is what that rule costs us, and what it buys you.

We sell PSA 10 graded cards and the accessories that protect them. That is the whole catalogue. We do not sell raw cards, we do not sell BGS or CGC slabs, and we do not sell a lower grade at a lower price to fill a gap in the listings.

Narrow is not a marketing position. It is a decision with real costs, and it is worth explaining both sides of it.

The rule, in one line

Every graded card we list is a PSA 10. If the product page says otherwise, it is a mistake — tell us and we will fix it or refund you.

Why one grade

Buying a graded card online means comparing a label to a photo and trusting both. Every scale you add to that comparison adds a way for a buyer to be wrong.

If a shop sells PSA, BGS and CGC across ten grades, the buyer has to hold all of this in their head at once: three grading scales, half points in two of them, four sub-grades in two of them, and a market where a BGS 9.5 and a PSA 10 are close in condition but not in price. That is a lot of work, and the work lands on you.

We removed that work by removing the choice. There is one number to understand, one label shape to recognise, and one place to verify it. You are not comparing grading companies on our site. You are comparing cards.

Why PSA specifically

It is the most liquid market. If you ever resell, you are selling into the widest pool of buyers. That is a property of your asset, not our preference.
A PSA label carries a single whole-number grade. It never reads 9.5, so there is nothing to interpret.
Every slab is independently checkable. The certification number confirms the card and the grade at psacard.com/cert, without us in the loop. A claim you can verify without trusting the seller is worth more than a claim you cannot.

What this rule costs us

It would be dishonest to present this as purely a benefit to you. It costs us, in three specific ways:

It shrinks our inventory. Cards we could buy and list — a clean PSA 9, a BGS 9.5, a raw card in excellent condition — we simply do not buy. Every one of those is a sale we chose not to make.
It makes us slower. We only list cards that already exist in a PSA 10 holder and that we have actually verified. We do not take an order and then go looking for a grade we cannot guarantee.
It means we cannot fill every request. If the card you want does not exist in a PSA 10, or nobody is selling one, we will tell you that instead of offering you a substitute grade.

We accept those costs because the alternative — a catalogue where the grade depends on what we happened to find that month — makes every listing a fresh negotiation. A shop that only sells one thing is a shop where “yes” means one thing.

What we do not do

This list is as much a part of the offer as the products are.

We do not run auctions or take offers. No bidding, no best-offer button, no haggling. Every price is a straight price you can accept or decline.
We do not run sales or discounts. A card is worth what it is worth. If it is not moving, we are wrong about the price rather than running a promotion on it.
We do not hold stock. We buy to sell, not to build a position. Our prices are not waiting for a market.
We do not re-list a sold card. Each slab is one physical object. Once it is sold it is removed from the site and will never be listed again. If you see a card on our site, that exact card is still available — it is not one of several behind the same page.
We do not use AI-generated images of slabs. Where a product photo appears, it is a photo of that card. See Pre-Order & Sourcing Terms for how we handle this on cards we do not yet hold.
We do not accept returns after dispatch. That is a real limit, with real reasons and three hard exceptions — read the After-Sales Policy before you order, not after.

One card, one listing

Most shops sell you a card number. We sell you a card.

When you buy from us, the certification number on the product page is the certification number that arrives in the post. There is no pool of identical cards behind the listing and no substitution if the condition is not what you expected — because there is nothing to substitute. You have already seen the exact item you are buying, and you can check it yourself before you pay.

The cost of that is that our listings do not stay in stock. When a card goes, it goes. That is the trade-off, and it is the right one for a category where condition is the entire product.

How to verify any card we sell

Open the product page. The full PSA certification number is published there — in full, not abbreviated.
Enter that number at psacard.com/cert.
Check that the card, the set, the card number and the grade all match what the listing claims.
If anything does not match, do not order — email [email protected] and we will resolve it or take the listing down.

What we cannot promise

Three limits, stated plainly:

We cannot promise we will find your card. If you ask us to source something and no PSA 10 exists for sale anywhere, we will tell you. We will not offer you the same card in a different grade as a consolation.
We cannot promise a grade is permanent. A grade is a professional opinion about a physical object at a point in time. Keep the holder undamaged and it holds. Crack a slab and resubmit it and you may get a different number.
We cannot promise a price will hold. Card prices move. The price you pay is the price on the page when you order, and it is locked at that moment.

Frequently asked questions

Will you ever sell BGS or CGC 10s?

Not in the current catalogue. We would rather do one grading standard properly than three of them partially, and PSA is the one with the widest resale market. If that changes we will say so here rather than quietly adding listings.

What if the card I want only exists as a PSA 9?

We will tell you it is not available in a 10 and leave it there. We are not going to talk you into a lower grade.

Do you sell raw cards?

No. The only raw cards we deal in are the ones our own accessories are designed to hold — see Graded Card Protection and Card Sleeves.

Why is there no discount code if you have an email list?

Because discounting a single-object card is a way of admitting the price was wrong. What the list gets you is time: new listings and pre-order openings reach you before they reach the site. See Privacy Policy for how the list works.

How fast do you ship?

In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days. Pre-order and sourcing items are dispatched within 30 days of order confirmation, and most go out in 7–14 days. The 30-day figure is our maximum commitment, not our usual timeline — see Pre-Order & Sourcing Terms.
