Every GUNDAM CARD GAME booster pack — GD and EB, one by one

Products

The game’s main releases are its booster packs. There are 6 of them, and they are by far the biggest products: together they hold 805 of the game’s 1,148 cards.

Quick answer

The GUNDAM CARD GAME ships 6 booster packs, and between them they hold 805 of the game’s 1,148 cards. Five carry GD codes, GD01 to GD05, and the sixth carries EB — the smallest of the six at 91 cards. The GD packs each print cards in four or all five colours.

Every booster pack

The two code families

Five of the packs carry GD codes, GD01 to GD05. The sixth carries EB, and it is the smallest of the six at 91 cards. The code is also the prefix of every card number the pack prints, so a card numbered GD01-001 comes from Newtype Rising, and one numbered EB01-001 comes from Eternal Nexus.

What a booster pack covers

The GD packs are the wide ones: each prints cards in four or all five colours, and each holds between 139 and 150 cards. Steel Requiem is the largest single product in the game.

Eternal Nexus is different: it prints in three colours, Blue / Green / White, and has a shallower rarity ladder than the others — C 46, LR 6, R 15, U 24, with no promotional or C + cards at all.

What is inside each pack

Every pack has its own page here listing all of its cards in number order, with each one given its printed stats and its official effect text. The starter deck guide covers the ready-made decks, and the promotional cards are covered separately because they are not sold in packs at all.

Frequently asked questions

How many booster packs does the GUNDAM CARD GAME have?

6, coded GD01 to GD05 and EB01. Between them they print 805 of the game’s 1,148 base cards.

What does GD and EB mean on a Gundam card?

They are the pack codes. GD indicates one of the five main booster packs and EB the sixth, Eternal Nexus. The code is the first half of the card number, so the pack a card comes from is readable from its number alone.

Which booster pack is the biggest?

Steel Requiem, at 150 cards. The smallest of the six is Eternal Nexus, at 91.

Does a booster pack contain every card in it?

No. A pack prints that many different cards, and a single sealed pack holds a selection. This page describes the print run of each pack, not the contents of one packet.
