Quick answer
A Secret Rare can be printed more than one way. Our index tracks 94 Secret Rare parallel treatments across 40 card numbers, meaning the same SEC card exists in more than one appearance.
When the same Secret Rare exists twice, the card number is identical and the artwork is not. Nothing on the front of the card but the picture distinguishes them.
Part of One Piece chase cards, by treatment. Card numbers are shown as the database records them, without the treatment suffix removed.

The table lists every tracked entry at the date shown, sorted by card number. The treatment column reproduces the marker the card database uses; where a card number appears more than once, that number has more than one treatment.
Frequently asked questions
Does every Secret Rare have a parallel?
No. Our index tracks 94 Secret Rare parallel treatments, which is a subset of the Secret Rares in the game rather than a rule about all of them.
How do I tell a Secret Rare parallel from the ordinary printing?
By the artwork, and by the suffix on the card number in a listing that gives it. The rarity banner on the card is the same for both printings.
What do the p1 and p2 suffixes mean?
They are Bandai’s own markers for distinct printings of the same card number. Our list reproduces them exactly as the card database records them.
Is a Secret Rare parallel more valuable than the plain Secret Rare?
This page does not quote prices. The two are different printings of the same card, and how they trade against each other is a market observation rather than something the card itself states.
Why are some marked p and others r?
That is how the card database records them. We reproduce the marker rather than interpreting it, because reading a letter as a description of a finish would be a guess.

Sources and further reading
- Bandai — the official One Piece Card Game card database, which records these treatments as suffixes on the card number. The list above is every entry that database carries at the date shown.
- CardSpicy — the One Piece card index, where each of these treatments appears as its own tile with its treatment shown.
- CardSpicy — One Piece chase cards, by treatment, for how the three tracked tiers relate.
Prices are not quoted on this page. CardSpicy prices graded cards in US dollars from observed sales; this page lists which treatment a card was printed in, and a figure here would be a different number measured a different way. The lists are counted from Bandai’s own card database at the date shown and cover the treatments that database records, not every printing that exists in the world.
