Quick answer
Treasure Rare is the smallest tier our index tracks: 12 treatments across 12 card numbers. It arrived with OP-17, the four-year anniversary set, and has stayed deliberately thin.
A tier with a handful of cards in it is a tier where a complete set is a realistic goal, which is not true of anything else in this game.
Part of One Piece chase cards, by treatment. Card numbers are shown as the database records them, without the treatment suffix removed.

Frequently asked questions
What is a Treasure Rare in One Piece?
Treasure Rare is a rarity tier introduced with OP-17. It sits above the ordinary rare tiers and is deliberately limited to a small number of cards per set.
How many Treasure Rares are there?
Our index tracks 12 Treasure Rare treatments across 12 card numbers. It is the smallest tier we list.
Is Treasure Rare a parallel treatment?
No. SP and Secret Rare parallels are different printings of a card that also exists in a plainer form. Treasure Rare is a rarity in its own right rather than a parallel of something cheaper.
Which set introduced Treasure Rare?
It arrived with OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors, the four-year anniversary set released in August 2026.
Why are there so few of them?
Because a top rarity has to be designed into a set rather than added to a card afterwards. Keeping the tier small is what keeps it meaningful at the top of a set.

Prices are not quoted on this page. CardSpicy prices graded cards in US dollars from observed sales; this page lists which treatment a card was printed in, and a figure here would be a different number measured a different way. The lists are counted from Bandai’s own card database at the date shown and cover the treatments that database records, not every printing that exists in the world.
