Quick answer
CardSpicy takes a set’s date and contents from the publisher rather than from a pre-order page, and Masters B32 is scheduled for 27 November 2026 and introduces a rarity limited to 200 copies worldwide.
Masters B32 — the fifth set of the Ultra-Bout run, and the ninth-anniversary release for DRAGON BALL SUPER CARD GAME Masters — is scheduled for 27 November 2026. It is the most consequential Masters release of the year for one reason above the others: it introduces a rarity with a published print run.
The Anniversary God Rare
Masters already has a God Rare at the top of its ladder, and B32 adds something on top of that: an Anniversary God Rare, limited to 200 copies worldwide, obtainable only from this set and printed with artwork made specifically for the game. That is worth pausing on.
Almost nothing in this hobby carries a published number. A print run is normally something the community estimates from pull rates, and estimates drift. A stated limit of 200 is a different category of fact: it caps supply at a number you can hold in your head, and it makes the card legible to a market that otherwise has to guess. The top-tier article sets out where the God Rare sits in the Masters ladder and why the tier above the ladder is where the money is.
The three Secret Rares get a full GDR finish
The set prints three Secret Rares, and all three are given the full GDR finish — the treatment normally reserved for the top of the ladder. Read together with the Anniversary God Rare, that is a top end that is unusually deep: three Secret Rares finished as God Rares, plus a God Rare with a hard cap of 200.
The Concept Rares are exclusive to this set
B32 prints 11 Concept Rare cards, and all eleven are exclusive — the publisher states they can only be obtained from this product. Concept Rares are a themed frame whose art is composed as a single unified illustration across the card; for the anniversary, they are a brush-touch illustration series. Exclusive-by-design is a stronger form of scarcity than a low pull rate, because there is no route to the card other than this box, and no later set that can dilute it.
The box configuration is changing
This is the detail that will catch out anyone buying by habit. The standard Masters display has been 24 packs to a box. B32 is a 20-pack display. Packs still carry 12 cards, so a box holds 240 cards rather than 288 — and a case is 12 displays either way.
Two consequences follow. A per-box price is no longer comparable between B32 and the sets before it unless you divide by pack count, which is exactly the kind of comparison a buyer should make and exactly the one that habit skips. And the number of boxes needed to open a fixed quantity of product goes up. Neither is a reason not to buy the set; both are reasons not to assume that this box and the last one are the same box.
The rest of the set
Two structural changes come with the anniversary. The multicolour Leader system returns, which widens what a deck is allowed to contain and is the change that will matter most to players. And a TRUNKS: XENO Leader card appears for the first time. As with any set, the chase cards are revealed first and the supply numbers come later, so anything you read about print volume before the set ships is an estimate rather than a fact.
Frequently asked questions
When does Masters B32 release?
27 November 2026.
How many Anniversary God Rares are there?
200 copies worldwide. The publisher states the card can only be found in B32 and that the artwork was created specifically for the game.
How many cards are in a B32 box?
240. B32 is a 20-pack display and each pack holds 12 cards, so it is smaller than the standard 24-pack display that holds 288.
Are the Concept Rares in B32 available anywhere else?
No. All 11 Concept Rares in the set are exclusive to it.
What does the ninth anniversary refer to?
The Masters game, which launched with Galactic Battle in July 2017. B32 is the anniversary release for that line, not for Fusion World, which began in 2024.
