for a full refund at any time before dispatch, and if we cannot source the card we refund you in full
automatically — no request needed. The certification number is issued to us only once we have sourced your
card, and we confirm it to you before dispatch. We never publish a certification number we do not yet hold.

- Pre-Order: dispatched within 30 days of your order, with progress updates on day 1, day 7
and day 14. If we have not dispatched by day 30, we will contact you before that date to
either refund you in full or ask for your explicit consent to wait longer. - Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves us.
- Every slab is packed in a protective sleeve with bubble wrap and rigid board backing.

Returns
We are a Hong Kong, China based seller, and cross-border returns are not offered as a matter of course.
Because this listing publishes the exact certification number for the in-stock slab, you can verify it on PSA’s
own website before buying. If the slab arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong card, contact us within
7 days of delivery and we will put it right — including a full refund where a replacement
