Battle Elite, card by card

Quick answer

Battle Elite was released on 16 December 2022 under CSM1.5, two months after the language launched. It is a booster deck rather than a numbered main set, which is what the .5 marks. This page is the checklist we hold for it.

We currently track 10 cards in this set, covering 6 characters. The deepest single group is Zeraora at 3 tracked printings. The table below lists them by the number printed on the card.

Zeraora and Lugia carry three tracked cards each, and the rest of the deck we hold is single cards. Coming as early as it did, the deck sits alongside the opening set of the language as one of the first products a collector in Simplified Chinese could buy.

This is the set view. If you are following one Pokemon across every set instead, the per-character table is the other way to read the same catalogue.

10 tracked cards. Where we hold a graded copy its price is linked in the table; where we do not, the row is a sourcing request — send it and we go and find the card for you.

Frequently asked questions

What is Battle Elite?

It is a main set of the Simplified Chinese branch, printed under CSM1.5 and released on 16 December 2022. It sits in the Sun & Moon era of the Chinese line.

How many cards from this set do you track?

The figure at the top of this page is current as of 4 October 2026 and is drawn from our own catalogue. It covers every card from the set we have handled or priced, and it grows as we work through more of it.

Is Battle Elite part of the first set?

It was released alongside the early Sun & Moon sets of the Chinese line rather than inside one of them. The .5 in its code marks it as a separate product, so it is counted on its own here and not folded into the set it accompanied.

Are these the complete printed set?

No. This is the set as we hold it, not the set as printed. A main set prints more cards than we list here, and we add rows as we take on more product. Nothing is invented to fill a gap.
