Leafeon is the only one of the nine Eevee evolutions whose most valuable Chinese card comes from Gem Pack rather than a full-size set. Twenty-six cards exist in the Chinese-only sets, twenty-two of them priced, and the card at number one is one we hold in stock.
That reversal is the whole story here. On every other evolution form the ceiling sits in a VMAX or an ex from a main set; on Leafeon the fifteen-card Gem Pack Vol. 2 group produces the number one at $222, and the six CS4aC printings fill five of the nine places below it. This is the ranked ten, with the PSA 10 value of each and what a raw copy costs beside it.
How this list was built
Three rules, applied in this order.
- The card has to sit in a Chinese-only set. Every card below carries a set code ending in C — CBB2C, CS4aC, CSV7C, CSV9.5C. That trailing letter marks a Simplified Chinese print run, and it is the dependable way to tell a Chinese-only card from a card that merely happens to be printed in Chinese. Reading a Chinese set code from end to end covers the whole system.
- The card has to have a tracked PSA 10 value. Twenty-six Leafeon cards exist across these sets and twenty-two of them have a PSA 10 price on record. The four that do not are recent enough that graded copies have not changed hands yet, and a card with no price cannot be ranked.
- The card has to be a Pokémon card. Sealed product, trainer cards and energy are out of scope.
One exclusion applies here as it does to every character ranking we publish. Promo printings of Leafeon exist in Chinese and they are not on this list. Promo numbering is shared across the Chinese branches — the same promo number appears in Traditional Chinese product as well — so a promo number on its own cannot establish which branch a card came from. Everything below sits inside a numbered set whose code ends in C, which is unambiguous.

The lower of two stamped Leafeon foils in Gem Pack Vol. 2, and the tenth card here at $42. Fourteen times its raw price in a PSA 10 holder, which is the pattern that runs through the bottom half of this list: a three-dollar card and a forty-dollar decision about whether to grade it.

Thirteen cents separate this card from the stamped foil below it, and it is the only CSV7C printing in this top ten. Three Leafeon cards exist in CSV7C in total; the other two have no tracked PSA 10 price yet.
8. Leafeon VMAX — CS4aC #9 — $44

The lowest-numbered CS4aC printing on this list, and the first of five from that set. Its raw price is under four dollars, so at $44 graded it carries one of the widest raw-to-holder gaps in the whole ranking.

The higher of the two stamped foils, at $45 against $42. Two treatments from the same group, three dollars apart — on cards this inexpensive, the difference between adjacent rungs of the Gem Pack ladder is mostly noise.

The lower of the two CS4aC VMAX printings on this list, at $80. It is also the last card below $100: from here the list jumps 62% in a single step to the number three.

The stronger of the two CS4aC V cards, at twice the price of #133. Raw copies are tracked well above grade 9 here, at $58.99 against $32.56 — that happens where a particular grade band has thin records, and it is not a statement that the card is worth less in a holder.

What the ranking shows
Leafeon is the flattest top ten in the family: the first card is worth 5.3 times the tenth, and no card anywhere in the twenty-two is above $222. Its value is also split almost exactly between two products.

Every card here is worth more in a PSA 10 than raw or in a grade 9. That holds across all twenty-two priced Leafeon cards without exception. The median raw-to-PSA-10 multiple is 14.68 and the median grade-9-to-PSA-10 multiple is 2.98.
Two products hold 97% of the character. Gem Pack Vol. 2 contributes fifteen of the twenty-six Leafeon cards and $759 of the total; CS4aC contributes six cards and $523. Between them they account for almost the whole of Leafeon’s Chinese catalogue — the remaining five cards come from CSV7C and Grand Terastal Gathering, and they add $42. The counts are cards, not artworks. Gem Pack prints each Pokémon in a group as a ladder of treatments — a Poké Ball foil, a Master Ball foil, a stars pattern, a stamped version, and so on, up to the art rare at the top — so a single Leafeon group can contribute fifteen separate cards to that total while only one of them is a chase.

Which Leafeon card is the most valuable in Simplified Chinese?
The Gem Pack Vol. 2 art rare — CBB2C 715 — carries the highest tracked PSA 10 value among Leafeon cards in Chinese-only numbered sets, at $222. Chinese promo printings sit outside that comparison, because their numbering is shared between the Chinese branches.
Are these cards Simplified Chinese exclusives?
No. Every card on this list is printed under a Chinese-only set code, but the Pokémon and the card design also appeared in other languages. “Chinese-only” describes the print run, not the artwork. Leafeon is not among the four commissioned Collect 151 art rares — those four are Pikachu — so nothing in this ranking is exclusive to the Chinese line.
Why is a Gem Pack card the most valuable Leafeon?
Because Gem Pack prints a group’s top treatment as an art rare, and on Leafeon that art rare is the character’s highest-value printing in any Chinese set — the only case in the Eevee family where a Gem Pack card beats every VMAX and ex. It is not that Gem Pack prints more Leafeon cards than a main set: it prints fifteen, and CS4aC prints six, but the art rare inside those fifteen is the top of the list.
Is a PSA 10 worth the premium over a raw card?
On this list, every card is worth more in a PSA 10 than raw or in a grade 9, and the median raw-to-PSA-10 multiple across the twenty-two priced Leafeon cards is 14.68. The multiple narrows sharply at the top — on the CS4aC VMAX at number two it is under one and a half to one, because raw copies of that card are already expensive. Grading outcomes are never certain, and nothing here is a prediction about what any individual card will grade at.
How does Leafeon compare with the rest of the Eevee family?
Leafeon’s combined $1,324 sits just above Espeon at $1,311 and just below Sylveon at $3,284. What makes it distinct is not the total but the shape: it is the only form in the family whose highest card comes from Gem Pack, and it has the flattest top ten of the six we have ranked.
